The FA Barcleycard Premiership
If u know the smallest thing about english football, it would be the fact that the top division in england is the premiership. It has had its named changed from the carling premiership to the barcleycard premiership. This is due to the sponsorship of the premiership changing hands to the highest bidder and this highest bidder was barcleycard.
Anyway the premiership is for some people the best league in the world. The quality of football by the players who get extortionate wages for what they do.
Since the premiership has started there has only been 3 different winners of it !!
This may be due to the fact of my local team, Manchester United, has one it 7 times. With the other teams being blackburn rovers and Arsenal.
Hopefully in the coming weeks i will have a leaguetable of the premiership up and ready for the start of the new season, that starts on the 19th of August.
